LINCOLN – The Nebraska Wesleyan University football team hits the road for the final time this season on Saturday (Nov. 5) as the Prairie Wolves travel to Storm Lake, Iowa to take on Buena Vista University in Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference action.  Kickoff between the Prairie Wolves and Beavers is set for 1 pm at Rollins Stadium in Storm Lake, Iowa.
 
NWU is going for back-to-back victories after earning a 24-22 win on the road at Simpson College last week.  The win gives NWU a 3-5 overall and 2-4 IIAC record with two games remaining.
 
Buena Vista has lost two straight games to fall to 2-6, 2-4 in IIAC action.  The Beavers have conference wins over Luther College and Loras College.
 
The Prairie Wolves are 2-1 on the road against IIAC competition this season and want to close out the season with a pair of victories to finish the year with a winning record. 
 
Saturday marks the first time that NWU and BVU are meeting on the football field since the 1955 season, when NWU won in Storm Lake to open that year.
