2022: Earned fourth straight varsity letter as a senior... competed at the American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships in triple jump and placed eighth at 35-6... won the triple jump at Fred Beile Classic (1/28-29) with leap of 35-10.5 and at Darren Young Invite (2/12) at 36-1.5... got a medal at the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Championships in triple jump placing seventh at 35-11.5... took second place in triple jump at Prairie Wolf Invite (4/28) with career-best mark of 37-3... recorded mark of 16-2.5 in long jump at Prairie Wolf Invite to place 12th... won the triple jump event at the NWU-Doane dual (4/15) and Concordia Invite (4/8-9)... finished fourth in triple jump (34-5.75) at outdoor season-opening Central Nebraska Challenge (4/2).

2021: Earned All-Conference honors in the triple jump by placing third at the American Rivers Indoor Championships with her jump of 36-7.5... placed fifth in the triple jump at the Division III Elite Indoor Championships... placed fifth in the triple jump at the American Rivers Outdoor Championships.

2020: Finished sixth in the triple jump and eighth in the long jump at the American Rivers Indoor Championships... placed sixth at the Concordia Classic with a career-best long jump of 16-10.75... the 2020 outdoor season was not contested due to the Covid-19 Global Health Pandemic

2019: A varsity letterwinner in track & field as a freshman for the Prairie Wolves … scored points at the conference championships helping NWU win the indoor team championship … placed 7^th in the triple jump at American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships … leaped season-best 35-2 at conference meet … competed at outdoor championships in triple jump and finished 10^th … was 2^nd in triple jump during NWU Indoor Open … took part in the triple jump six times during outdoor season … participated in seven indoor meets … best mark in long jump was 16-2.25 at Polar Dog Invite.  

Academic: Biochemistry & Molecular Biology major.   

In High School: Four-year letterwinner in track & field at Beatrice HS … qualified for the Nebraska State Track Meet as a senior … placed 6^th in Class B at state track meet … had a personal best mark of 34-8.25 … named Academic All-State … a national merit finalist … helped lead team to two Rivers Cities Conference championships.
