2017: Became an NCAA III All-American in her junior season … placed 6^th in the shot put at the NCAA Indoor Championships … threw a career best toss of 46-1 for 4^th best mark in school history … finished as IIAC runner-up in the shot put at both the Indoor and Outdoor championships … also the IIAC runner-up in the discus at the outdoor championships … named USTFCCCA Indoor All Central Region in the shot put … was All-Central Region in both shot put and discus during outdoor season … received IIAC Women’s Outdoor Field Athlete of Week honor on April 16 … set new career best in shot put at 46-9 ¼ at Jim Dutcher Memorial Classic to rank 5^th on all-time charts … her name appears on five different top ten lists … won both the shot put and discus at the NWU-Doane dual.

2016: Was an NCAA Qualifier in two different events during the outdoor season … just missed All-American status by placing 9^th in the discus at the NCAA III Championships … was 14^th in the shot put at nationals … picked up two All-Conference awards as a sophomore … finished 6^th in the discus and shot put at the GPAC Outdoor Championships … also qualified in the hammer and placed 17^th … placed 9^th at the GPAC Indoor Championships … threw a career-best 152-4 in the discus at Augustana Twilight to move into 3^rd all-time at NWU … is on four different all-time charts in the throws.

2015: An NCAA Qualifier in her first season of competition … qualified for the NCAA III Outdoor Championships in the discus and placed 11^th overall … her toss of 150-1 at nationals ranks 4^th all-time on the NWU charts … came on strong at the end of the year improving her marks at four straight meets in the discus … earned All-Conference in the discus with a 6^th place finish at the GPAC Outdoor Championships … also qualified for the shot put and hammer throw at GPAC Outdoor … qualified and competed in the shot put at GPAC Indoor Championships placing 14^th in the event … moved into all-time charts in hammer throw with toss of 138-4 at Prairie Wolf Invite for 9^th all-time.

Academic: Psychology major.

In High School: A three-year letterwinner in track & field at Scottsbluff HS … had career-best marks of 40-9 in the shot put and 134-0 in the discus … lettered twice in volleyball and once in basketball.
