2015: The NCAA III National Runner-up in the shot put at the Indoor Championships … a two-time All-American as a junior to give her four for her career … placed 5^th in the shot put at the 2015 NCAA III Outdoor Championships … also qualified for the NCAA Outdoor championships in the discus taking 12^th place … earned CoSIDA Academic All-America recognition as a 2^nd-Team selection … a four-time All-GPAC performer … placed 3^rd in both the shot put and discus at the GPAC Outdoor Championships … took 5^th in the hammer throw … placed 5^th in the shot put at the GPAC Indoor Championships … set the school record in the shot put with a toss of 48-4 at the NWU Spring Invite on April 23 … is now second all-time in three throwing events …  won the shot put at three outdoor meets … a First-Team CoSIDA Academic All-District selection … earned NAIA Scholar Athlete and Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete honors.

2014: Had another All-American performance in the throws as a sophomore … placed 7^th in the shot put at the 2014 NCAA III Outdoor Championships … also qualified for outdoor nationals in the discus and placed 16^th … was a NCAA qualifier during indoor season in the shot put … competed at NCAA III Indoor Championships in Lincoln in the shot put and placed 17^th … earned three total All-Conference awards … at GPAC Outdoor Championships was Runner-up in the Discus and placed 4^th in the shot put … her toss of 46-11 in the shot put was a career best and fourth best throw in school history … moved to 2^nd all-time in discus with throw of 156-2 at Concordia Twilight  … at GPAC Indoor Championships was 5^th in the shot put to earn All-Conference … also placed 15^th in the weight throw … a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2013: Became an All-American in her first season with the Prairie Wolves …placed 7^th at the NCAA III Outdoor Championships in the discus to earn the Alll-America honor … her toss of 143-8 was 7^th all-time in the discus … placed fourth at the GPAC Outdoor Championships in the discus to earn All-Conference … also qualified in the hammer throw and shot put … during indoor season qualified for GPAC Championships in the weight throw and placed 15^th … was a USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.

Academic: Health & Fitness Studies & Sport Management major.

In High School: Was the Class C State Champion in the discuss at the 2011 State Track Meet … placed eighth in the shot put as a senior in 2012 … had a career best toss of 130-0 in the discus and 40-2 in the shot … a four-year letterwinner in track & field … also earned two letters in softball … was a member of National Honor Society.
