2016: Earned four NCAA All-American honors, including one national title during her terrific junior year … ran anchor leg on NCAA III National Champion 4x400 relay team that ran the 4^th fastest time in DIII history … placed 7^th in the 400 for other All-American honor at outdoor nationals … at DIII Indoor meet, placed 5^th in the 400 and 6^th in the 4x400 relay … named a 1^st-Team CoSIDA Academic All-American … won five GPAC titles and six total All-GPAC honors … was GPAC champion in 200 and 4x400 at outdoor meet … won the 200, 400 and 4x400 indoors … part of 4x400 relay team that was 2^nd at Drake Relays … set five new school records on the track in her junior year … GPAC Track Athlete of Week in April … First-Team Academic All-District selection for second straight season … USTFCCCA All-Academic Team selection … also earned NAIA Scholar Athlete and Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2015: Became an All-American as a sophomore in 2015 … also a CoSIDA Academic All-American earning 3^rd-Team recognition … placed 7^th in the 400 at the 2015 NCAA III Indoor Championships to become an All-American … a two-time NCAA Qualifier at the DIII Outdoor Championships … qualified in both the 200 (20^th) and 400 (13^th) … was a six-time All-GPAC performer to raise her career total to 11 All-Conference awards … finished as GPAC Runner-up in the 400 and placed third in the 200 at the GPAC Indoor Championships … also GPAC runner-up in the 400 at the outdoor championships … placed 4^th in the 200 and ran on the 4x100 (4^th) and 4x400 relay (5^th) at GPAC Outdoor … named GPAC Indoor Track Athlete of the week the first week of the season … won a total of 10 individual events as a sophomore … ranks 2^nd on the NWU all-time charts in the 400 both indoor and outdoors … a First-Team CoSIDA Academic All-District selection … a Pfliger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2014: A five-time All-GPAC performer in her first season with the Prairie Wolves … got her name onto five NWU all-time top ten charts … won two All-Conference honors at GPAC Indoor Championships … ran on 3^rd place 4x400 team and finished 7^th in the 400 … also ran in the 200 and placed 10^th … at GPAC Outdoor Championships was a three-time All-GPAC honoree … part of GPAC Runner-up 4x400 team and 4^th place 4x100 team … was 6^th in the 400 meters … time of 57.84 to win the 400 at the Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invite was eighth fastest all-time … ran the second fastest 300 time in school history at the NWU Open to win the event … at Drake Relays ran on 4x200 team that posted third best time in school history.

In High School: Ran on Class A State Champion 4x400 relay team as a senior at Nebraska State Track Meet … was state runner-up in the 400 as a senior and placed 4^th in the 200 meters … earned two medals as a junior placing 5^th in the 200 and 5^th in the 4x400 … ran on 6^th place 4x400 team in 2011 … had personal best time of 25.1 in the 200 and 57.7 in the 400 … a member of National Honor Society.
