2019: National Runner-up in the shot put at the NCAA III Indoor Championships to earn her first All-American award … added her second All-American award at the NCAA III Outdoor Championships placing 5^th in the shot put … chosen as USTFCCCA Central Region Indoor Field Athlete of the Year … moved to 2^nd all-time in the indoor shot put and 6^thoutdoor with season-best marks at the national meet … conference champion in the shot put at indoor championships … was conference runner-up at A-R-C Outdoor meet in the shot … placed 8^th in the weight throw at conference indoor meet … selected as A-R-C Indoor Field Athlete of the Week four times in her junior year … an USTFCCC All-Central Region selection in the shot put both indoors and outdoors … won the shot put at four different indoor meets … moved up the all-time charts in the weight throw and hammer throw as a junior … earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors … also an American Rivers Conference All-Academic team selection.  

2018: Qualified for NCAA III Indoor Championships in the shot put for a second straight season … placed 16^th overall at nationals … earned two All-Conference honors in the shot put as a sophomore … was IIAC Runner-up in the shot put at Iowa Conference outdoor championships … finished 3^rd in the shot at IIAC Indoor Championships … selected to USTFCCCA All-Central Region team in the shot put for indoors and outdoors … threw a personal best 44-11.5 in the shot at Prairie Wolf Indoor Invite to move to 6^th on all-time charts … her mark of 46-4.75 at Concordia Outdoor Invite is also 6^th on outdoor charts … won the shot put at Central-Simpson Triangular … also competed at IIAC outdoor meet in the hammer throw and threw personal best 133-5 to finish 15^th  … named to USTFCCCA All-Academic team. 

2017: An NCAA III National Qualifier in the shot put as a freshman … placed 10^th at NCAA III Indoor Championships … a two-time All-Conference performer in the shot put in her first season with the Prairie Wolves … was 3^rd at the IIAC Indoor championships in the shot put … also finished third at the IIAC Outdoor Championships in the shot put … named a USTFCCCA All-Central Region performer for both indoor and outdoor in the shot put … threw 44-9 at Wartburg Qualifier for 6^th all-time and to solidify position at NCAA III nationals … best outdoor mark was 44-4 ¾ at Jim Dutcher Memorial Classic that also ranks 6^th on all-time charts … was second in the shot put at Darren Young Classic and NWU-Doane dual … selected to USTFCCA All-Academic team. 

Academic: Biology major.  

In High School: A four-year letterwinner in track & field at Bellevue West HS … placed 5^th in the shot put at the 2016 Class A State Track & Field Meet … was 8^th at the state track meet in the shot put in 2014 … had a career best mark of 40-3 in the shot put … ranked in the top ten percent of her class all four years.
