2024: Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Won five of the nine javelin competitions in which she competed…Opened her season with a runner up at the Central Nebraska Challenge with a mark of 43.89 meters/144 feet…Runner-up at the Loper Invitational with a mark of 42.17m/138-4…Javelin winner at the USD Invite with a 45.00m/147-8…Won the American Rivers Conference outdoor javelin title with a mark of 42.41m/139-2…Placed first at the Augustana Midwest Last Chance Qualifier with a top throw of 44.18m/144-11…Runner-up at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a mark of 45-96m/150-9, earning First Team All-America honors for her performance.

2023: Earned fourth varsity letter ... during the indoor season, competed in the weight throw ... threw her best mark at the Loper Tune Up (Feb. 17) at 45-8 ... in the outdoor season, participated in the hammer and javelin throws ... had top performances in both events at the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Championships (May 11-13) ... in the hammer throw, had a top mark of 144-4 ... placed first in javelin with a throw of 158-11 ... qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships (May 23-25) for javelin, finishing third with a throw of 145-09 

2022: Earned All-American honors for placing seventh in the javelin throw at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships with a heave of 136-00... recorded season-best mark of 143-4 to finish first at the Augustana Twilight Qualifier (5/19)... earned All-Conference honors with a mark of 140-11 to finish second at the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Championships (5/12-14)... took first at the Prairie Wolf Invite in Lincoln (4/28) with top throw of 133-4.

2021: Transitioned from running to throwing javelin as a sophomore... earned All-Conference honors in her first season throwing javelin by placing second at the American Rivers Outdoor Championships with a mark of 124-1... currently ranks 5th on the all-time chart for the javelin throw

2020: Competed in six indoor meets for the Prairie Wolves as a freshman... competed in 800m, 1000, and the mile... 2020 outdoor season was not contested due to the Covid-19 Global Health Pandemic.
