2019: Earned her second varsity letter in track & field as a sophomore … competed at the American Rivers Conference outdoor championships in the 800 and placed 13th … only competed during the outdoor portion of the schedule … ran on 4x400 team that was 2nd in the Central/Simpson Tri-Meet … at six different meets ran the 800 meters … named to American Rivers All-Academic team.
2018: A three-time All-Conference winner in her first season of track & field … ran on IIAC runner-up 4x800 relay team at Iowa Conference Indoor Championships … team ran time of 9:42.20 to rank third all-time … was on Distance Medley relay team that placed 3rd at IIAC meet … earned another All-Conference honor at Iowa Conference Outdoor Championships … part of 4x800 relay team that was 3rd at IIAC Outdoor meet … time of 9:40.15 is second best in school history … part of DMR relay team that won the Concordia Indoor Classic … finished 3rd in the 800 and 4x400 at Prairie Wolf Indoor Invite.
Academic: Athletic training major.
In High School: A four-time participant at the Iowa State Track meet competing for Dowling HS … four-year varsity letterwinner in track & field … earned two varsity letterwinners in cross country … ran at the Iowa State Cross Country Championships and was alternate on state championship team … voted team’s rookie of the year … had season best time of 2:23 in the 800 … also played basketball … member of National Honor Society.
