Biography
2016: Ran on NCAA III National Champion 4x400 relay team at outdoor championships … her first All-American award came at the indoor championships placing 6th in the 4x400 relay … a 3rd-Team CoSIDA Academic All-American … qualified for the DIII championships in the 400 at indoor and outdoor meets … was 9th outdoors and 12th indoors … a GPAC Champion in the 4x400 relay at indoor and outdoor championships … earned six All-Conference honors … at GPAC outdoor meet placed 2nd in the 400, 2nd in 4x100 and 3rd in 200 … was runner-up in the 200 at GPAC Indoor meet … her 4x400 relay team set school record and ran 4th fastest time in NCAA III history … First-Team CoSIDA Academic All-District … named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team … an NAIA Scholar Athlete and Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.
2015: Qualified for the NCAA III Outdoor Championships for the first time … competed in the 400 meters, placing 12th at nationals … earned a total of six All-Conference awards as a sophomore … was GPAC runner-up in the 600 at the Indoor Championships … a four-time All-Conference performer at the Outdoor Championships … placed 6th in the 400 and ran on three relay teams that had top eight finishes at GPAC Outdoor Championships … set the school record in the 600 with a time of 1:35.3 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational on Feb. 7 … ran personal best time of 56.14 in the 400 at the UW-La Crosse Qualifier to move up to 4th all-time … a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.
2014: Had a fantastic freshman season entering the NWU all-time charts in seven different events … was a five-time All-GPAC performer … at GPAC Indoor Championships was the conference runner-up in the 600 and ran on the 3rd place 4x400 team … won three All-Conference awards at GPAC Outdoor meet … placed 5th in the 400 and ran on two relay teams … part of GPAC runner-up 4x400 team and 4th place 4x100 team … was on the 4x200 team at the Drake relays that ran third fastest time in school history … her time of 1:37.37 at GPAC Indoor Championships in the 600 ranks second at NWU.
Academic: History-Social Science Education major.
In High School: A State Track Meet medal winner in track & field at Bennington HS … placed 5th in the 800 as a senior at the Class B State Championships … also finished 9th in the 400 … was on the 7th place 4x400 relay team in 2010 that set a new school record … qualified for state track in the 400 as a junior and placed 10th … set the school record in the 400 in a time of 59.02 … ran a personal best time of 2:21.4 in the 800 … earned three letters in basketball and two letters in volleyball … named Academic All-State in both sports .. also dance team captain for two years.
