Biography
2019: Earned her first varsity letter as a member of the NWU cross country team … ran just one varsity cross country race during her sophomore season … finished 86th at the American Rivers Conference Championships.
Academic: Biology major.
In High School: A three-time state medalist in the 4x800 at the Nebraska State Track & Field Championships … finished 7th in the 3200 meter relay as a junior in 2016 … earned four letters in track & field … competed in volleyball during the fall and earned three letters … set the school record for digs in a season … earned All-Conference honors in volleyball … named Academic All-State.
Personal: Born 4/15/1999, daughter of David and Tammy Hunke … older sister Abbie was an All-American and National Champion on the NWU women’s track team from 2014-17.
