2019: An All-Central Region performer in cross country as a junior … placed 33^rd at the NCAA III Central Region Championships to earn USTFCCCA All-Region honors … was the third NWU runner to cross the finish line at American Rivers Conference Championships … finished 21^st overall at A-R-C championship meet … among the top three NWU runners at every competition during the year … opened the year by taking 50^th at the Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invitational running 19:18.8 … selected to the American Rivers All-Academic team … also named a USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete.  

2018: Earned a spot in the NWU top seven and got to compete at the NCAA III Championships … finished 249^th overall as the fifth Prairie Wolves runner to cross the finish line at nationals … just missed out on All-Conference honors by placing 17^th at the American Rivers Conference Championships leading NWU to a team title … ran every varsity race for the Prairie Wolves … top individual placing was 10^th in season opening Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invitational … named to the American Rivers All-Academic team.  

2017: As a freshman she competed in four races to earn a varsity letter in cross country … ran at each of the first four competitions of the year … finished 53^rd at the IIAC Championships as part of the Prairie Wolves IIAC Team Championship team … ran a season-best 6K time of 25:07.7 at the IIAC meet … was 62^nd in her first collegiate race at the Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invitational. 

Academic: Biology major.  

In High School: A four-year letterwinner in cross country at Lexington HS … was a two-time State Cross Country Qualifier … qualified twice for the Nebraska State Track Meet … also participated in basketball and powerlifting.
