2015: Earned All-GPAC recognition and All-Central Region honors in her junior year … was the top Prairie Wolves finisher in four of the five races on the year … placed 5th at the GPAC Championships helping NWU to a runner-up finish … earned her first All-Region honors with an 18th place finish at the Regional Championships … led NWU with a 39th place finish at the Tori Neubauer Invite … named GPAC Runner-of-the-Week for her performance that week … a USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete … also awarded NAIA Scholar Athlete and Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete honors.
2014: NWU’s No. 2 runner all season long … was the second Prairie Wolves runner to cross the finish line in every meet … finished 21st at the GPAC Championships … named to the AD3I All-Independent First Team … at the NCAA III Central Region Championships placed 43rd in a time of 22:59.6 … opened the season with a 22nd place finish at the Woody Greeno/Nebraska Invitational … placed 31st a the Tori Neubauer Invitational and 44th in the Charles Bowles Invitational … named a USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete … a Daktronics/NAIA Scholar Athlete and Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.
2013: Earned her first varsity letter in cross country in 2013 … was named to the AD3I All-Independent Second Team … competed in all five varsity races … finished in the top seven for NWU every race … crossed the line just outside the top 20 at the GPAC Championships with a 22nd place finish … was the third NWU runner to finish at the Woody Greeno Invite placing 44th overall … named a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.
Academic: Exercise Science major.
In High School: Lettered in cross country once at Mead High School … a four-year letterwinner in track & field … a two-time State Placer in track & field … placed sixth in the 3,200 in 2009 … took seventh in the 3,200 as a senior in 2012 … ran a career-best time of 12:14.8 in the two mile … also earned varsity letters in volleyball … a member of National Honor Society.
