2018: Had a fantastic junior season becoming an NCAA III All-American in cross country … finished 32^nd at the NCAA III Championships to earn the All-American distinction … placed 2^nd at the NCAA III Central Regional meet to earn All-Region recognition and help NWU secure a spot at nationals … earned All-Conference honors by finishing as runner-up at the American Rivers Conference Championships at Pioneers Park … helped NWU win a third straight conference title … individual medalist at the Roy Griak Invitational winning the maroon division women’s race in a time of 22:40.9 … opened the year finishing 2^nd at the Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invite … named a USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete … also was selected to the American Rivers All-Academic team.

2017: Became the Prairie Wolves No. 1 runner during her sophomore season … earned NCAA All-Central Region recognition and All-Conference honors for a second straight season … placed 4^th at the IIAC Championships helping the Prairie Wolves repeat as team conference champs … was the team’s top runner at the NCAA Central Region Championships placing in the top ten with a 7^th place finish … at the NCAA III Championships she led the Prairie Wolves crossing the line in 68^th … earned IIAC Runner of the Week recognition by leading the team with a 13^th place finish at the Rim Rock Classic hosted by University of Kansas … an USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete.

2016: Had a terrific first season with the Prairie Wolves cross country program … placed 7^th overall at the IIAC Championships to earn All-Conference honors … led NWU to the IIAC team championship … was an All-Central Region performer with her 24^th place finish at the NCAA Central Region Championships … competed at the NCAA III Championships and was the fifth NWU runner to cross the line … was 205^th overall in a time of 22:40.4 … ran in all six varsity races as a freshman … opened her career with a 17^th place finish at the Woody Greeno Invite.

Academic: Biology major.

In High School: Placed in top ten at Nebraska State Cross Country Championships all four years at Lincoln Pius X … was 3^rd at the Class A state meet in 2012 helping team to State Runner-up finish … part of back-to-back Class B State Championship teams in 2013 and 2014 finishing 6^th and 8^th individually … was 8^th at Class A State meet as a senior … a Super State and All-State selection in cross country … named to All-City team … earned state medal in 4x800 relay as a senior at Nebraska State Track Meet … also a state qualifier in the 1,600 … an Academic All-State selection … member of National Honor Society.
