2021: Was the third Prairie Wolf to cross the finish line in three meets, and second at the American Rivers Conference Championship race... scored 28th in the American Rivers Championships on October 30.

2020: Earned All-Conference honors by placing 13th at the American Rivers Conference Championships.

2019: Just missed earning All-Conference honors by placing 16^th at the American Rivers Conference Championships … ran a time of 20:57.6 on the 5K course at A-R-C Championships … was one of NWU’s top two finishers in each of the first five competitions … ended the year 53^rd at NCAA Central Region Championships … had a top 20 finish crossing the line in 19^th at the Tori Neubauer Invitational running 22:57.4.  

2018: Part of NWU top seven that qualified for the NCAA III Championships … finished 256^th overall at the 2018 NCAA III National meet … placed 4^th individually at the Roy Griak Invitational helping NWU win the team title in the maroon division … ran a time of 23:46.4 as the third NWU runner to cross the line … at the American Rivers Conference Championships was 48^th overall … named to the American Rivers Conference All-Academic Team. 

2017: Competed in all six races during her freshman season … in her first year was on the top seven that ran at the 2017 NCAA III Championships, placing 255^th at nationals … was 29^th at the IIAC Championships helping the Prairie Wolves win the conference team championship … crossed the line in 116^th at the NCAA III Central Regional meet … at her first collegiate race she placed 97^th at the Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invitational. 

Academic: Exercise Science major.  

In High School: Earned four varsity letters in cross country at Millard West HS … ran on Class A State Cross Country Championship team in 2016 … part of two State Runner-up cross country team finishes … part of 2017 Class A State Track & Field Championship team … competed three years at the state track meet … team captain in cross country and track & field … also participated in swimming. 

Personal: Born 4/20/1999, daughter of Rod and Stefanie Larsen … mother Stefanie played basketball at Nebraska Wesleyan.
