2016: Became an NCAA All-American running on the 4x100 relay team that placed 5^th at the DIII Outdoor Track & Field Championships … a five-time All-Conference performer in his junior season … won three All-Conference awards at the outdoor meet … placed 6^th in the 200 meters the ran on 3^rd place 4x100 team and 7^th place 4x400 team … at GPAC Indoor meet ran on conference runner-up 4x400 relay team … finished 5^th in the 200 running 22.35 at GPAC meet … won the 200 at the Darren Young Indoor Classic … ran on 4x100 relay team that won five different races throughout the year … selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team … a Daktronics/NAIA Scholar Athlete and Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2015: A four-time All-Conference performer as a sophomore … was part of the GPAC Runner-up 4x400 relay teams at both the indoor and outdoor championships … won three All-Conference awards at the outdoor meet … placed 4^th in the 4x100 relay and 8^th in the 200 in addition to the 4x400 relay team … qualified for the GPAC indoor meet in the 200 meters and placed 10^th … ran on the 4x100 and 4x400 teams that won six different events during the outdoor season … Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2014: Was a National Qualifier in his first season with the Prairie Wolves … ran on the 4x400 relay team that qualified for 2014 NCAA III Outdoor Championships and placed 14^th … won three All-Conference awards as a freshman … a two-time All-GPAC winner on relays at Outdoor Championships … was GPAC Runner-up on 4x400 relay and placed 4^th in the 4x100 relay … also qualified in the 200 meters and placed 13^th with a personal best time of 22.67 … at GPAC Indoor Championships ran on 4x400 team that placed 4^th … was on two relay teams that competed at the Drake Relays.

Academic: Exercise Science major.  

In High School: The Class C State Champion in the 400 meters as a senior at the Nebraska State Track Meet … ran on state championship 4x400 relay team in 2012 … earned six total medals at the state track meet … was 4^th in the 100 and 5^th in the 200 at the 2013 championships to earn there total medals … as a junior placed 3^rd in the 200 and 5^th in the 100 … ran personal best times of 10.7 in the 100, 22.1 in the 200 and 50.39 in the 400 … a four-year letterwinner in track … named 1^st-Team All-State in football … won a Class C State Championship in Legion baseball … member of National Honor Society.
