2017: Ran on the Distance Medley relay team that placed 4^th at the IIAC Indoor Championships to just miss earning All-Conference recognition … also competed in the Mile at IIAC Indoor meet and placed 19^th … at IIAC Outdoor Championships took part in the 1,500 and finished 12^th … set a new personal best in the indoor mile of 4:26.10 at the Prairie Wolf Invite … won the mile at the NWU Indoor Open … during outdoor season, won the 1,500 at the NWU-Doane dual.

2016: Picked up two more All-GPAC honors as a sophomore for the Prairie Wolves … placed 3^rd at GPAC Indoor meet in the 5,000 meters for his best career finish at a conference meet … was 5^th place in the 3,000 meters GPAC indoor meet for his second All-Conference performance … ran personal best times in both events at GPAC meet … did not compete during the outdoor portion of the track schedule.

2015: Earned two All-GPAC honors in distance races during his first season of track & field at NWU … placed 7^th in the 5,000 at the GPAC Indoor Track Championships … at the GPAC Outdoor Championships was 8^th in the 10,000 to earn All-Conference … ran a season-best time of 33:42.48 in 10,000 at GPAC Outdoor … took part in four different indoor competitions … ran at five outdoor meets.

Academic: Sport Management major.  

In High School: Earned three letters in track & field at Millard South HS … also a three-year letterwinner in cross country … did not compete at the state track meet due to injuries … placed 15^th at State Cross Country championships as a junior as team was the state runner-up.

Personal: Born 3/5/96, son of Jerry and Sue Knapp … also member of NWU men’s cross country team.
