2017: Earned All-Conference recognition by running on the 4x800 relay team that placed 3^rd at the Iowa Conference Indoor Championships … was on the DMR relay team that finished second at the Concordia Classic … ran the 600 meters at first two indoor meets of the year … competed in the 800 meters at four different outdoor meets … finished 4^th in the 800 at the NWU-Doane dual.

2016: Added two more All-Conference honors to his career total during his sophomore season … at GPAC Indoor championships ran on 4x800 relay team that finished 5^th in the meet … part of same 4x800 relay team that earned All-Conference with a 6^th place finish at GPAC Outdoor Championships … also qualified for GPAC outdoor meet in the 800 meters and was 17^th.

2015: A three-time All-Conference performer in his first year of track & field … was the GPAC runner-up in the 600 at the Indoor Championships … ran a time of 1:22.28 in the event to rank 7^th all-time in the 600 … also earned All-GPAC at the indoor championships by running on the 4x800 team that was 3^rd … ranks 9^th on the all-time charts in the 4x800 … at the GPAC Outdoor championships earned another All-Conference honor with a 4^th place finish in the 4x800 … time of 7:47.92 ranks 9^th all-time … qualified for GPAC outdoor in the 800 and placed 10^th.

Academic: Business Administration major.

In High School: Earned four letters in track & field at Lincoln East HS … also earned three letters in cross country … a four-time All-State performer at the Nebraska State Track meet … ran on the 4x400 relay teams that placed 3^rd in 2013 and 2014 … was 5^th in the 4x800 as a senior … placed 7^th in the individual 800 as a senior … ran personal best times of 49.5 in the 400 and 1:57.2 in the 800.
