2018: Competed in distance races at IIAC Indoor and Outdoor championship meets … finished 11^th in the Mile at IIAC Indoor Championship … was 16^th in the 1,500 at IIAC Outdoor meet … won the mile at the NWU Indoor Open running a time of 4:34.52 to set a career best mark … set a new career best mark in the 3,000 meters at the Concordia Classic … named to IIAC All-Academic team.

2017: Ran at both the IIAC Indoor and Outdoor track & field championships as a sophomore … during indoor season competed in the mile at IIAC championships and placed 17^th … was 20^th in the 5,000 at IIAC Outdoor championships … improved his personal best time in the 5,000 by running 16:12.68 and placing 4^th at the Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invite … ran the 5,000 at three indoor events.

2016: Qualified and competed in the GPAC track & field championships during indoor and outdoor season in his freshman season … at GPAC indoor meet placed 13^th in the mile … competed in the 5,000 at outdoor championships and placed 16^th … placed 4^th in the 3,000 at the NWU Indoor Open with a season-best time of 9:34.36. 

Academic: Physics major.

In High School: A varsity letterwinner in track & field at Lincoln Southwest HS … two-time state placer in the 4x800 relay … placed 4^th as a senior and 8^th as a junior … ran a career best time of 1:59 in the 800 meters … a four-year letterwinner in cross country … qualified for Nebraska State Cross Country meet as a senior in 2014 … finished 52^nd at the state meet.

Personal: Born 3/21/97, son of Bryan and Lori Seibel … also a member of NWU men’s cross country team.
