2018: Ran the 400 and 4x400 relay at both the IIAC Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Championships … part of 4x400 team that placed 5^th at indoor championships and 6^th at outdoor championships … finished 14^th in the 400 indoors and 24^th outdoors … set a new career best time of 51.23 indoors in the 400 at the Nebraska Tune-Up meet … named to the IIAC All-Academic team.

2017: Just missed earning All-Conference honors by running on the Distance Medley Relay team that placed 4^th at the IIAC Indoor Championships … also ran the 400 meters at IIAC indoor meet and finished 15^th … competed at the IIAC Outdoor championships in the 400 and finished 24^th … ran a new personal best time of 51.43 in the 400 at the Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invite … best 200 time was at the NWU-Doane dual where he placed 8^th in a time of 23.40.

2016: Competed and qualified for the GPAC Championships in the 400 meters at the indoor and outdoor meet … placed 14^th in the 400 at indoor meet … was 20^th at GPAC outdoor meet in 400 … had season-best time of 51.55 taking 3^rd in the 400 at NWU-Doane Dual.

Academic: Health & Physical Education major.

In High School: Earned four letters in track & field Lincoln Pius X HS … ran on the 4x400 relay team that placed 6^th at Nebraska Class A State Track Meet … twice qualified for state track meet in the 400 meters … finished 9^th in back-to-back seasons in the 400 … had career best mark of 50.4 in the 400 and 22.8 in the 200 … also lettered in cross country.
