2017: Had a top eight finish in the throwing events at the IIAC Outdoor Championships … placed 6^th in the discus with a career-best toss of 152-10 … also competed in the shot put and the hammer throw at the championships placing 10^th and 14^th … at IIAC Indoor meet finished 10^th in both the shot put and weight throw … had a season-best toss of 51-2 ¼ in the weight throw at the Darren Young Classic to move up to 9^th on the all-time charts … set new personal best marks in all of his events as a junior.

2016: Qualified for the GPAC Outdoor Championships in three different throwing events … highest finish was 19^th in the shot put … placed 20^th in the hammer throw and didn’t record a mark in the discus … set new personal best marks in discus and hammer as a sophomore … took part in 13 total track meets in throwing events.

2015: Competed in the throws for the Prairie Wolves in his first season earning a varsity letter … threw the shot put and weight throw indoors and shot, discus and hammer outdoors … his season-best in the shot put was 44-7 ½ at the NWU Quad Indoor meet … season best outdoor in shot put and weight throw both came at the NWU Spring Invite.

Academic: Physics major.  

In High School: A four-year letterwinner in track & field at Wahoo HS … placed 3^rd in the discus at the Class B Nebraska State Track Meet … his career best mark was 156-4 in the discus and 49-8 in the shot put … a four-year letterwinner in football … named honorable mention All-State in football … earned two letters in wrestling.

Personal: Born 3/30/95, son of David and Joan Lindgren … older brother Sean Lindgren was member of NWU track & field team from 2012-15 … younger brother Sam Lindgren is a freshman on the NWU track & field team.
