2014: Qualified for both the GPAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships in throwing events … had a personal best toss of 170-7 in the hammer throw to move up to 2^nd on the NWU All-time charts … finished 10^th at the GPAC Indoor Championships in the shot put with a career best toss of 47-1 ¾ … at the GPAC Outdoor Championships was 13^th in both the shot put and hammer throw.

2013: Competed in three throwing events at the GPAC Outdoor Championships … finished 12^th in the hammer throw, 15^th in the shot put and 22^nd in the discus … set personal bests in the discus and hammer throw during the outdoor season … had new personal records in shot put and weight throw indoors.

2012:  Threw in two different events at the GPAC Outdoor Championships … placed 18^th in the discus and was 16^th in the hammer throw … also competed outdoors in the shot put and the javelin … took part in six meets during the indoor season … threw a season best 45-3 in the weight throw at the NWU Invitational.

Academic: Physics major.

In High School: A four-year letterwinner in track & field … a two-time State qualifier and medalist at the Class B State Track Meet … placed third in the discus as a senior … was fourth as a junior in 2010 … was an All-Class medalist in the discus … set the school record in the discus … a four-year starter in football … First-Team All-District in football … also lettered three times in basketball … a member of National Honor Society.

Personal:. Born 4/4/92, son of David and Joan Lindgren … also a member of NWU football team … brother Seth is a freshman member of the NWU track & field team.
