2016: Qualified and competed for the GPAC Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meters … narrowly missed earning All-Conference recognition by placing 10^th in the event … set a new career best time in the 5,000 meters running 16:32.94 at NWU Spring Invitational … competed in five indoor track meets running the 3,000 and 5,000 … had season-best time of 9:45.02 in 3,000 at NWU Indoor Open. 

2015: A qualifier for the GPAC Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase for the second straight season … placed 14^th in the steeplechase at the event … ran the steeplechase at three outdoor meets … during indoor season competed in the 3,000 and the mile … finished the season by running the 5,000 at the La Crosse qualifier. 

2014: Qualified and participated for the GPAC Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase … finished 18^th in the event … ran a season-best time of 10:43.21 in the steeplechase at the Gregory Final Qualifier … competed in five different meets in the indoor season running the Mile and 3,000 meters.

Academic: Exercise Science major. 

In High School: A four-year letterwinner in track & field at Lincoln North Star High School … also lettered four times in cross country … qualified for the State Track Meet in 2011 in the 4x800 relay finishing 13^th … ran at the State Cross Country meet in 2010 … had career best times of 4:49 in the 1,600 and 2:04 in the 800.
