2022: Earned a varsity letter during his third straight season... competed in 11 meets on the season... placed 11th in the 3000-meter run with a season best time of 8:41.23 at the American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships... had a season-best 15:30.14 time in the 5000-meter run at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invite (1/21)... competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Championships finishing fourth with a 9:17.00 time... placed second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase posting a 9:55.00 at the Central Nebraska Challenge (4/2).
2021: Ran in the 3000m steeplechase race at the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Championships, placing fifth with a time of 9:27.90... ran the 5000m twice during the season, winning both races... season best 5000m time was 15:43.09
2020: Earned a varsity letter in his first season with the Prairie Wolves... placed 10th in the 5000m at the American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships... finished fourth in the mile and was a member of the winning distance medley relay team at the Darren Young Classic... took second in the mile at the Concordia Classic... placed 11th in the 3000m at the Prairie Wolf Invitational... finished sixth in the 5000m at the Graduate Classic... 2020 outdoor season was not contested due to the Covid-19 Global Health Pandemic
High School: Ran for an elite track & field/cross country club in his home country of Netherlands … had three top ten finishes at the Dutch National Cross Country Championships … highest placing was 7th at U15 Championships … in track & field was 1st place in the 2000m at U17 Dutch Championships in both 2016 and 2017.Â
