2015: Ran on the GPAC Runner-up 4x400 relay team at both the GPAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships … earned three total All-Conference awards as a junior … placed 5^th in the 400 hurdles at the GPAC Outdoor championships … qualified for the 400 at the indoor meet and finished 13^th … moved to 7^th all-time in the 300 with a time of 36.90 at the NWU Indoor Open … improved his personal best time to 55.09 in the 400 hurdles at the NWU Spring Invite.

2014: Participated in the 2014 GPAC Outdoor Championships in the 400 hurdles … just missed All-Conference honors by placing 9^th in the event … ran a new personal best time of 55.90 in the 400 hurdles at the NWU Spring Open … set new personal best in the 200 with a time of 23.01 at the Concordia Outdoor Invite.

2013: Earned his first varsity letter in track & field as a freshman … qualified and competed in the 400 hurdles at the GPAC Outdoor Championships … placed 20^th in the event … ran the 400 hurdles at six events during outdoor season … competed in 200, 300 and 400 indoors.

Academic: Physics major.

In High School: A three-year letterwinner in track & field at Lincoln Northeast HS … a two-time qualifier for the Nebraska Class A State Track Meet … placed 14^th in the 4x400 as a senior and 15^th in 2010 … a two-year letterwinner in football for the Rockets … earned a letter in basketball.
