2016: Was the GPAC Runner-up in two different events as a junior … placed 2^nd in the 400 at GPAC Indoor Championships … also ran on the 4x400 relay team that finished 2^nd at the indoor meet … part of 4x100 relay team that won first two outdoor events of the year … then suffered injury that kept him out most of outdoor season … placed in the top three in the 400 meters at seven meets throughout the year … named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team … a Daktronics/NAIA Scholar Athlete and Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2015: For the second straight season qualified for the NCAA National Championships … placed 11^th at the 2015 NCAA III Indoor Championships in the 400 meters … added four All-Conference awards … ran on the 4x400 relay teams that were GPAC Runner-up at both the indoor and outdoor championships … placed 4^th in the 4x100 at the GPAC Outdoor Championships … ran to a 3^rd place finish in the 400 meters at GPAC indoor meet … named the GPAC Track Athlete of the Week in early January … ran a season-best time of 1:21.33 in the 600 at the Holiday Inn Invite to move up to 4^th all-time … part of three relay teams that competed at the Drake Relays … a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2014: An NCAA National Qualifier as a freshman … earned five All-Conference honors in his first season … ran on the 4x400 relay team that qualified for the NCAA III Outdoor Championships and placed 14^th … won three All-GPAC awards at GPAC Outdoor Championships … ran on GPAC Runner-up 4x400 relay team and placed 4^th in 4x100 relay … was also 5^th in the 400 … at GPAC Indoor Championships was runner-up in the 400 and 4^th in the 4x400 … just missed All-GPAC in the 200 with a 9^th place finish … was GPAC Track Athlete of the Week following Darren Young Classic … won the 400 meters at two different indoor meets … added two more 400 wins outdoors … his time of 49.19 at Prairie Wolf Indoor Invite ranks 4^th on NWU all-time charts.

Academic: Biology major.  

In High School: Won the Nebraska All-State Gold medal in the 400 meters as a senior … was the Class A State Champion in the 400 … ran on state runner-up 4x400 relay team … placed 3^rd in the 200 meters … part of Lincoln Pius X team that won most gold medals at 2013 Nebraska State Track meet … as a sophomore placed 3^rd in the 400 … finished 6^th in the 400 in 2012 … had personal best time of 48.0 in the 400 and 21.6 in the 200 … also participated in football, basketball and cross country … a member of National Honor Society.
