2024: Indoor: Finished fourth in weight throw (17.18m) and fifth in shot put (16.05m) at the A-R-C Indoor Championships ... Finished first in both shot put (15.82m) and weight throw (17.80m) at the Concordia Classic ... Recorded PRs in both shot put (16.29m) and weight throw (17.82m) at the SDSU Indoor Classic 

2023: Earned All-Conference honors by placing 2nd in shot put with a toss of 15.58m at the Outdoor American Rivers Conference Championships...recorded a career best mark of 48.71m in hammer throw at the Jim Dutcher Memorial Meet (4/21)...recorded a season best mark of  15.99m in shot put at the USD Tune Up Meet (5/5).

2022: Earned a varsity letter during freshman season... NCAA National Qualifier in the shot put at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships... Earned two All-Conference honors for placing third in the shot put at both the American Rivers Indoor & Outdoor Championships... finished fourth in the shot put with a toss of 47-7 and also placed 11th in the weight throw with a season-best distance of 43-0.25 at the Loper Tune Up (2/18)... finished top-4 in the shot put at every regular season meet on the season... had a season-best mark of 150-10 in the hammer throw at the Prairie Wolf Invite (4/28)... was third in shot put with mark of 48-7.5 at NWU-Doane dual (4/15).
