2017: Earned All-IIAC recognition by running on the 4x800 relay team that finished 3^rd at the Iowa Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships … was on the DMR relay team that placed 4^th at IIAC Indoor meet … at IIAC Outdoor championships ran on 4x800 team that took 5^th place … competed in the 800 meters and set a new career best time of 1:55.90 to place 13^th … part of DMR team that won the Darren Young Classic … ran the 800 meters at seven different outdoor meets … named to IIAC All-Academic team.

2016: Picked up another All-Conference honor as a sophomore … ran on 4x800 relay team that finished 5^th at GPAC Indoor Championships … second straight year he earned All-GPAC in 4x800 … also competed in the 800 at indoor meet and finished 14^th … qualified for conference outdoor championships in the 1,500 and was 13^th … part of DMR relay team that was 2^nd place at Grinnell Darren Young Indoor Classic … a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2015: Was a three-time All-Conference performer in his first season of track & field … picked up two All-GPAC honors at the Indoor Championships … was 3^rd in the 4x800 relay running a time of 7:55.61 to rank 9^th all-time … placed 7^th in the 1,000 meters at GPAC indoors … ran a time of 2:33.35 in the 1,000 at the NWU Quad meet to rank 10^th all-time … at GPAC Outdoor ran on 4x800 relay team that placed 4^th in a time of 7:47.92 to rank 9^th all-time … competed at the Drake Relays in the 4x800.

Academic: Accounting major.  

In High School: A two-time All-State performer in track & field at Papillion-LaVista HS … was 3^rd in the 800 as a senior at the Nebraska State Track Meet … placed 4^th in the 800 in his junior season … earned four letters in track & field … also a four-time letterwinner in cross country … was 30^th at the Nebraska State Cross Country Meet as a senior … a three-time Academic All-State selection.

Personal: Born 3/8/96, son of Guy and Kristie Plugge … also a member of NWU cross country team.
