2015: Qualified for the GPAC Outdoor Championships in the sprint events as a junior … placed 21^st in the 200 and 23^rd in the 100 at GPAC meet … ran a new personal best time of 23.02 in the 200 at the Concordia Twilight in the last meet of the year … also set new personal best times indoor in the 60 and 200 … Daktronics/NAIA Scholar Athlete … a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2014: Competed in the sprint events to earn his second letter in track … ran on a 4x400 team that placed second at the Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invite … ran the 200 and 400 during outdoor season … also ran the 300 meters in indoor track … ran a personal best time of 52.90 in the 400 at the NWU-Doane Dual … a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2013: Ran as a member of the 4x100 relay team that placed seventh at the GPAC Outdoor Championships to earn his first All-Conference honor … also competed in the 200 meter dash at GPAC Outdoor and finished 18^th … ran all three sprint events during the outdoor season.

Academic: Mathematics major.

In High School: A four-year letterwinner in track & field at Lincoln Northeast HS … won the Sertoma Award in 2012 … Academic All-State in track  … NSAA Academic All-Conference in track … three-year starter in football for the Rockets … All-Conference as a senior … Academic All-Conference in football.

Personal: Born 10/15/93, son of Kim Jones … also a member of NWU football team … was offensive team captain as a senior.
