2016: Earned his first career All-Conference honors by earning the recognition during each season … placed 8th in the 400 meters at GPAC Indoor Championships … ran career best time of 51.52 to earn All-Conference … member of the 4x400 relay team that placed 7th at GPAC Outdoor Championships … also qualified for outdoor meet in the 400 and was 21st … was the individual winner of the 300 at the NWU Indoor Open on Feb. 27 … set new career best times in all of his races as a junior … named a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete for second straight year.
2015: Was a GPAC Qualifier in the 400 meters at the outdoor championships … placed 21st in the event at GPAC Outdoor meet … set a season-best time of 51.38 in the 400 meters at the Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invite … ran the 200 and 400 during outdoor season … placed 2nd in the 400 at the NWU Quad … a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.
2014: Competed in the 200 and 400 as a freshman to earn his first letter in track & field … ran in five different indoor meets and five outdoor competitions … ran a season-best time of 23.95 in the 200 at the NWU-Doane Dual to begin the outdoor season.
Academic: Economics major.
In High School: Earned one varsity letter in track & field at Lincoln East High School … ran both the 400 meters with a personal best time of 53.1 … also earned one letter in cross country … was a three-year letterwinner in wrestling … participated in soccer and baseball … named Academic All-Conference … a four-time Scholar Athlete.
Personal: Born 8/5/94, son of Kirk and Suzanne Lott … brother Nolan was a member of NWU baseball team from 2012-15.
