2017: Earned All-Conference honors by running on the 3^rd place 4x800 relay team at Iowa Conference Indoor Championships … placed in the top eight in the 800 meters at both the IIAC Indoor and Outdoor championships … finished 5^th overall running a career best time of 1:57.12 at IIAC Indoor meet … was 8^th in the 800 meters at the IIAC Outdoor championships … also ran on the 4x800 relay team at outdoor meet that finished 5^th … ran on DMR team that won both the Darren Young Classic and Concordia Classic … finished second in the 800 at the NWU-Doane dual.

2016: Added to his career All-Conference total with four more performances in year two in a NWU uniform … placed 4^th in the 800 meters at GPAC Indoor Championships … ran on the 4x800 relay team that finished 5^th at the same meet to earn two All-GPAC awards at indoor championships … was on a pair of relay teams that placed in top eight to earn All-GPAC at outdoor championships … ran on 6^th place 4x400 team and 7^th place 4x800 squad … part of DMR team that was runner-up at Darren Young Indoor Classic … set new outdoor 800 career best time of 1:55.62 at NWU-Doane dual.

2015: A three-time All-GPAC performer in his first season with the Prairie Wolves … picked up two All-Conference awards at the GPAC Indoor Championships … placed 5^th in the 800 meters … ran on the 4x800 relay team that finished 3^rd in a time of 7:55.61 to rank 9^th all-time on the NWU charts … competed in two events at GPAC Outdoor Championships … added his third All-GPAC honor with a 4^th place finish in the 4x800 relay … relay team ran a time of 7:47.92 to rank 9^th on the all-time charts … competed in the 800 at GPAC outdoor and took 12^th … won the 800 meters at the NWU-Doane dual … during indoor season won the 800 at the NWU Quad meet.

Academic: Athletic Training major.  

In High School: A four-time All-State performer in track & field … won the All-Class Gold in the 4x800 relay as a junior in 2013 … was 3^rd in the 4x800 relay at the 2012 Nebraska State Track Championships … earned two All-State honors as a senior in 2014 … placed 4^th in the 800 and 6^th in the 4x400 relay … earned three letters in track & field and cross country at Lincoln Pius X … ran personal-best time of 1:55 in the 800.
