2017: Earned All-Conference honors by running on the 4x800 relay team that placed 3^rd at the 2017 IIAC Indoor Championships … relay team’s time of 7:57.14 now ranks 8^th on the all-time charts … at IIAC Outdoor Championships ran on 4x800 relay team that finished 5^th overall … ran the 800 meters at five indoor meets … season best time was in opening meet at Holiday Inn Invitational.

2016: A two-time All-Conference performer in track & field during his first year with the Prairie Wolves … ran on the 4x800 relay team that finished 5^th at GPAC Indoor Championships … his 4x800 relay team placed 6^th at GPAC Outdoor championships … also qualified for the 800 meters at both conference meets … finished 11^th indoors and 14^th outdoors … ran a season best 1:58.27 in final race of the year at Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invitational … won the 800 at NWU Indoor Invitational.  

Academic: Exercise Science major.

In High School: Lettered twice in track & field at Lincoln Pius X HS … qualified for the Nebraska State Track Meet as a senior … ran on 4x800 relay team that finished 9^th at Class A State Track Meet … had career best time of 2:00 in the 800 … also earned one letter in cross country.
