2017: Competed at the NCAA III Championships as a junior as one of seven runners to represent NWU at nationals … finished 270^th overall at the championship meet … placed 39^th at the IIAC Championships … part of the Prairie Wolves team that finished fourth at the NCAA Central Region Championships … crossed the line in season best time of 26:57 at the conference meet … ran every race during the 2017 season. 

2016: Ran the first four races of the season to earn a varsity letter for the second straight season … competed at the IIAC Championships and placed 54^th overall helping the NWU men finish as conference runner-up … was the eighth NWU runner to cross the finish line at the Paul Short Invitational … named to the IIAC All-Academic team.

2015: Earned a varsity letter in cross country as a freshman … competed in the first three races of the year … his first varsity race was the Woody Greeno/Nebraska Invitational … had a 43^rd place finish at the Running of the Cows … his best time of the year came at the Jim Drews Invitational as he crossed the line in a time of 28:21.32.  

Academic: Physics major.

In High School: Earned four letters in cross country at Lincoln Southwest HS … qualified for the Nebraska State Cross Country meet as a senior in 2014 … placed 52^nd in the event … also ran track & field for the Silverhawks … a two-time placer in the 4x800 relay … placed 4^th as a senior and 8^th as a junior … ran a career-best time of 1:59 in the 800 meters.
