2021-22:  Did not compete in a varsity event during the 2021-22 season

2020-21: Placed 7th at the ARC Triangular XC Invite with a time of 20:50.89...earned 12th place at the Luther College Triangular...earned 4th place at the ARC TriMeet #4 at Central College... ran 49th at the American Rivers Conference Championships.

2019: Ran every race during his sophomore season to earn another varsity letter in cross country … was the second NWU runner to finish in the small town showdown event against the University of Nebraska … placed 51^st at the American Rivers Conference Championships … at NCAA III Central Regional Championships was the fifth NWU runner to cross the line taking 67^th overall running 27:04.4 … began the year as the four NWU runner to finish at the Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invite placing 90^th overall … named to the American Rivers All-Academic team.  

2018: A varsity letterwinner in cross country in his first season with the team … ran in each of the first four races on the schedule … competed at the American Rivers Conference Championships and placed 87^th overall … began his career at the Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invite and finished 37^th in the college division. 

Academic: Mathematics major.  

In High School: Qualified for the Class A State Cross Country Championships and State Track Meet as a senior at Belleveu East HS … a four-year varsity letterwinner … earned Academic All-State recognition.
