2021: Placed 153rd at the A-R-C Cross Country Championships with a time of 30:05... took 155th place at the Greeno Dirksen Invite to open the XC season with a mark of 29:15.7 which was a season best. 

2020: Competed in four races during the Cross Country season... had his best finish of the season placing 15th at the ARC Central Triangular in a season best 28:44.9... helped the Prairie Wolves to a second place team finish at the Koehawk Triangular with a 36th place finish... named to the American Rivers All-Academic team.

2019: Earned his second varsity letter in cross country … competed in four varsity events as a sophomore … placed 96^thoverall at the American Rivers Conference championships … at season opening Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invite ran the 8K course in 28:26 to place 167^th … named to the American Rivers All-Academic team.  

2018: In his first season of cross country ran in four different varsity events to earn a varsity letter … ran at the American Rivers Conference Championships finishing 91^st … was among the NWU top seven at season opening Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invite … finished 23^rd overall in his first collegiate race. 

Academic: Biochemistry & Molecular Biology major.  

In High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country at Papillion-LaVista HS … a three-time Class A State qualifier … two-time state qualifier and All-State performer in track & field for the Monarchs … also participated in swimming … an Academic All-State selection. 

Personal: Born 1/19/00, son of Shirley Kawula … twin brother Jonathan is also on the NWU men’s cross country team.
