High School: Ran track and cross country for Abingdon High School in Virginia during his freshman and sophomore years... placed 3rd in the 3200 at the Virginia State Indoor Track Championships in 2018... moved to Fort Collins, Colorado and continued to run track and cross country... career best 5k time was 15:49.0
