2014: Had an outstanding junior season on the track … named First-Team CoSIDA Academic All-American … won the Elite 89 Award at the 2014 NCAA III Indoor Championships … earned the NAIA National Duer Scholarship for top junior scholar athlete … qualified for the NCAA III Indoor Championships in the Mile and placed 12^th … also qualified for the NCAA III Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase advancing to the finals and placing 10^th … a three-time GPAC Champion winning the Indoor Mile and 3,000 and the outdoor steeplechase … won four All-GPAC awards for 10 career All-Conference awards … besides three titles, placed third at the GPAC Outdoor 5,000 … moved up to 2^nd on the NWU all-time charts in the steeplechase with a time of 9:05.21 at the Gregory Final Qualifier … a USTFCCCA All-Academic, NAIA Scholar Athlete and Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2013: Won four All-Conference awards to bring his career total to six All-GPAC honors … named CoSIDA Academic All-District First-Team … placed third in the 3,000 and fourth in the Mile at the GPAC Indoor Championships … was GPAC Runner-up in the 5,000 at the Outdoor Championships ... also placed third in the 3,000 steeplechase … ran a season best time of 9:20.16 at the Gregory Final Qualifier  … a USTFCCCA All-Academic selection … also a Pflieger-Olson Scholar athlete.

2012:  A two-time All-Conference winner in his first season of track & field … was the GPAC Runner-up in the steeplechase at the GPAC Outdoor Championships … his season-best time in the steeplechase was 9:31.02 at the Gregory Final Qualifier … during indoor season was seventh in the 1,000 meters at the GPAC Indoor Championships with a season-best time of 2:34.38 … just missed another All-Conference honor by placing ninth in the mile. 

Academic: Physics major.

In High School: A standout prep track & field athlete at Bertrand H.S. … won five gold medals at the Nebraska Class D State Track Meet … a three-time state champion in the 1,600 … also won state titles in the 800 and 4x400 relay … won 11 total medals at the State Track Meet … was named the Kearney Hub Athlete of the Year … named All-State by the Journal Star … also lettered in football and basketball … was All-District quarterback in football … named Academic All-State.
