2016: Became GPAC Champion winning the 800 meters at the conference outdoor championships … ran a career best time of 1:52.61 in the 800 at GPAC to move into NWU all-time top ten list … added another All-GPAC performance by running on 4x800 relay team that was 7^th at outdoor meet … picked up two All-Conference honors indoors as a GPAC Runner-up in two different events … placed 2^nd in the 800 meters and in the 4x400 relay … won the 800 at four different meets during outdoor season … ran career best 49.79 in indoor 400 at Concordia Classic to move to 9^th on all-time charts … named 1^st-Team CoSIDA Academic All-District … a USTFCCCA All-Academic Team selection … selected as a Daktronics/NAIA Scholar Athlete and Pflieger-Olson Scholar athlete.

2015: A two-time GPAC runner-up as a sophomore … ran on the 4x400 relay team that placed 2^nd at both the GPAC Indoor and GPAC Outdoor Championships … earned a total of four All-Conference awards … finished 4^th at the GPAC Indoor meet in the 600 … at GPAC Outdoor was 8^th in the 800 meters … named the GPAC Track Athlete of the Week in January … won the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational in the 600 with a time of 1:20.69 to rank 3^rd on the NWU all-time charts … ran a new personal best time of 1:54.39 in the 800 at the NWU Prairie Wolf Invite … Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2014: Was a NCAA participant in his first year … ran on the 4x400 team that qualified for NCAA III Outdoor Championships … earned multiple All-Conference awards … won two All-GPAC awards at the Outdoor Championships … ran on GPAC Runner-up 4x400 relay at Outdoor Championships … also placed 6^th in the 400 with a personal best time of 49.0 … at the GPAC Indoor Championships was 4^th in the 4x400 relay … also qualified in the 600 but did not place … moved up to fourth on the NWU Indoor all-time charts in both the 300 and 600 … was part of the DMR relay that was 6^th at the Drake Relays.

Academic: Exercise Science major.

In High School: A six-time All-State performer in track at Beatrice HS … earned four letters in track & field … placed 4^th in the 400, 5^th in the 800 and 3^rd in the 4x400 as a senior at the Nebraska Class B State Track Meet … was 5^th in the 400 and 7^th in the 800 as a junior … also placed 7^th in the 400 as a sophomore … ran career best times of 49.1 in the 400 and 1:56 in the 800 … a three-year letterwinner in football earning All-Conference honors … an Academic All-State selection … member of National Honor Society.
