2019: Picked up a second varsity letter in track & field … ran the 800 at the American Rivers Conference championships … finished 11th at the indoor meet and 12th at A-R-C outdoor championships … posted a season-best time of 2:26.92 in 800 at the outdoor meet … part of Distance medley relay team that placed 2nd in Darren Young Indoor Invitational … highest individual placing was 5th in 600 at Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational.
2018: Earned a varsity letter in her first season of track & field … competed in three meets throughout the year … opened her career running the 600 at Graduate Classic for only indoor meet … outdoors ran the 800 at the Central-Simpson Triangular and the Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invite.
Academic: Biology major.
In High School: A three-time state medalist in the 4x800 at the Nebraska State Track meet … finished 7th in the 3200 meter relay as a junior in 2016 … earned four letters in track & field … three-year letterwinner in volleyball … set school record for digs in a season … earned All-Conference honors in volleyball … named Academic All-State
Personal: Born 4/15/99, daughter of David and Tammy Hunke … older sister Abbie was an All-American and National Champion on the NWU women’s track team from 2014-17.
