2018: National Qualifier in the 3,000 steeplechase at the NCAA III Outdoor Championships … finished 17^th overall at nationals .. earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in the steeplechase … picked up an All-Conference award at IIAC Outdoor Championships by finishing 3^rd in steeplechase … also ran the 1,500 and finished 7^th … added another All-Conference honor indoors running on distance medley relay team that was 3^rd … competed in the 3,000 at IIAC Indoor meet and placed 4^th … ran on DMR team at Drake Relays that registered second best time in school history … won the 5,000 at the Concordia Outdoor invite in personal best time of 18:16.20 … earned USTFCCCA All-Academic team honors.

2017: Competed at both the IIAC Indoor and Outdoor championships in distance events as a sophomore … finished 9^th in the 3,000 steeplechase at the IIAC Outdoor Championships … was 13^th in the 3,000 meters at IIAC indoor meet … set a new career best time in the steeplechase of 12:01.69 by finishing 2^nd at the Prairie Wolf Invite … won the 5,000 meters at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational.

2016: Earned All-Conference honors during the indoor and outdoor track season as a freshman … placed 7^th in the 3,000 steeplechase at GPAC Outdoor Championships ... ran season best time of 12:34.42 in the event … part of 4x800 relay team that placed 7^th at GPAC Indoor Championships to earn additional All-Conference honor … also qualified for GPAC meet in the Mile and placed 10^th … was the winner of the 3000 at the NWU Indoor Open.

Academic: Biology major.  

In High School: A three-year letterwinner in track & field at Washburn Rural HS in Kansas … a four-year letterwinner in cross country … two-time participant at the Kansas State Cross Country Championships … placed 29^th in 2011 and 45^th in 2012 … member of National Honor Society.  

Personal: Born 11/22/96, daughter of Chris and Candi Hegemann … also member of NWU cross country team.
