2019: A second-year letter winner in track & field … ran two events at the American Rivers Indoor Championships … finished 10th in the 3000 and 11th in the 5000 … at A-R-C Outdoor meet placed 15th in the 5000 running a season best time of 15:37.52 … runner-up in the 5000 at both the Concordia Outdoor Invite and NWU-Doane Dual … during indoor season placed 2nd in the 1000 and Mile at the Polar Dog Invite … named to the American Rivers All-Academic team.
2018: Competed at the conference championship meet both indoors and outdoors as a freshman … was 21st in the 3,000 at IIAC Indoor Track Championships … placed 21st in the 5,000 at the IIAC Outdoor Track Championships …ran three different distance races during indoor and outdoor seasons … ended the year running his season best time of 16:00.05 in the 5,000 at the IIAC meet.
Academic: Biology major.
In High School: A two-year letterwinner in track & field at Fremont HS … earned four varsity letters in cross country … was an Academic All-Conference selection all four years of high school … member of National Honor Society.
