2022: Earned a varsity letter for a second straight season... competed in five meets on the season... had a 26th place finish in the one mile run with a career-best time of 4:53.94 at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invite (1/21)... placed 12th in the 3000 with a career-best 9:49.56 time at the Fred Beile Classic (1/28-29).
2021: Earned a 33rd place finish in the 5000m race and set a new PR of 17:05.27 at the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Championships... ran a PR of 4:32.57 in the 1500m race at the Prairie Wolf Invite... placed 20th in the 1500m race with a time of 4:37.96 at the Concordia Invite... made his indoor debut placing 26th in the mile race with a time of 5:02.33 at the Buena Vista Triangular
High School: Seven-time letter winner in cross country and track and field ... eight-time starter in cross country and track and field ... two-time state cross country medalist ... four-time state cross country qualifier ... was awarded Academic All-State ... graduated from Ralston High School in 2020
