2019: Had a solid first season competing in the hurdles for the Prairie Wolves … scored points at the conference indoor championships … placed 5^th in the 60 hurdles at the American Rivers Conference indoor meet … was named A-R-C Men’s Track Performer of the Week the opening week of the season … finished 4^th in the 60 Hurdles at the Graduate Classic … ran a season-best time of 8.39 in the 60 hurdles at the Polar Dog Invite to win the race … set a new NWU First-Year record in the event and moved to 5^th on all-time charts … competed in both hurdle races at conference outdoor championships … placed 12^th in the 110 hurdles and 19^th in 400 hurdles … was second in the 110 hurdles at both the Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invite and NWU-Doane dual … named to USTFCCA All-Academic team.

Academic: History-Social Science Education major.

In High School: Class A State Runner-up in the 110 hurdles as a senior at the Nebraska State Track Meet … finished 3^rd in Class A in the 300 hurdles … earned another All-State honor running anchor on the 4x100 relay team … posted season best time of 14.5 in 110H and 39.3 in 300H … a four-year varsity letterwinner in track & field at Bellevue West HS … also lettered once in football.
