2019: Conference runner-up in the discus at the American Rivers Outdoor championships … entered the NWU all-time charts in the discus and hammer throw … competed in three different throwing events at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships … placed 13^th in the shot put and 19^th in the hammer throw to go along with her 2^nd place finish in the discus at conference championships … took part in four throwing events at three different outdoor meets.  

2018: Competed in three different throwing events at Iowa Conference Outdoor Championships … best finish was 9^th place in the discus … was 18^th in the shot put and 21^st in the hammer … threw personal best 141-6 in the discus at Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invitational to rank 10^th all-time at NWU … during indoor season competed in weight throw at IIAC indoor meet … was 19^th overall at conference meet … placed 2^nd in the discus at the Central-Simpson triangular. 

2017: Earned her first varsity letter competing in the throwing events for the Prairie Wolves … placed 7^th at the IIAC Outdoor Championships in the discus with a season-best toss of 139-2 … also took competed in the hammer throw and javelin at the IIAC outdoor meet … was 21^st in javelin and 22^nd in hammer throw … finished third in the discus at the NWU-Doane dual … threw both the shot put and weight throw at five different indoor meets. 

Academic: Exercise Science major.  

In High School: A four-year letterwinner in track & field at Glenwood Community HS in Iowa … was a State Champion in the discus as a senior in 2016 … finished as the state runner-up in the shot put in 2016 … as a junior placed 7^th in the discus at the state meet … posted career best marks of 142-9.5 in the discus and 40-10 in the shot put … also participated in volleyball and tumbling.
