Biography
2022: Earned third straight varsity letter on the season... competed in nine meets on the season... placed 19th in the 3000-meter run with a season-best time of 9:54.46 at the Darren Young Invitational (2/12)... ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the American Rivers Outdoor Championships finishing 22nd with a 10:58.92 time... fourth place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase posting a career best time of 10:47.21 at the Concordia Invite (4/8-9).
2021: Had a personal best run of 9:45.35 in the 3000m to place 14th at the Central Triangular... also ran a personal best mile time of 4:50.36 to place 18th at the Wartburg Triangular... ran season bests in the 1500m (4:25.3) and 3000m Steeplechase (10:48.27)
2020: Posted a season best in the mile with a time of 4:51.8 at the American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships... finished with the bronze medal in the mile at the NWU Open with a time of 4:58.1... Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested.
High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country at Holdrege HS … part of two State Championships and one State runner-up finish with the Dusters … three-year letterwinner in track & field … also lettered twice in basketball.Â
