2019: Scored points at the conference championships in the throwing events … just missed All-Conference recognition by finishing 4^th in the shot put at the American Rivers Indoor championships … finished 6^th in the shot put at the A-R-C outdoor meet … also competed at the outdoor championships in the discus finishing 19^th … threw a personal best 43-9.25 at the Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invite to move to 9^th on the all-time charts … placed 3^rd in the shot put at the NWU-Doane Dual and the Darren Young Indoor Invitational.  

2018: Competed during the outdoor portion of the track & field season to earn a varsity letter … threw the discus at the Iowa Conference outdoor championships and placed 20^th … posted a season-best mark of 118-9 in the discus at the Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invite … also threw the shot put at four meets. 

Academic: Athletic Training major.  

In High School: A two-time All-State performer in the throws at Rock County HS … was the Class D State Runner-up in the discus as a junior in 2016 … finished 6^th in the discus as a senior at the state meet … also qualified for state as a sophomore … recorded personal best mark of 39-11 in the shot put and 124-11 in the discus … earned 12 varsity letters in three sports … a two-time 1^st-Team All-Conference performer in volleyball … a four-time All-Conference selection in basketball … led the Knights to a third place finish at State basketball.
