Daniels set the school record in the 110 high hurdles and still ranks second on the top ten chart today.  As a senior, Daniels was the NCAA III National Runner-up at the Outdoor Championships and also ran on the 4x100 team that placed 2nd.  At the 1994 NCAA III Indoor Championships, he finished 2nd in the 55 hurdles and would lead NWU to a team national runner-up finish, their highest placing as a team.

For his career, Daniels earned All-American recognition in the hurdles at both the indoor and outdoor championships in each of his final three seasons.  He also ran on three 4x100 teams that earned All-American honors.

At the conference level, Daniels was a 6-time NIAC Champion in hurdle events, winning the 110 hurdles for three consecutive seasons.  He won nine total All-Conference awards in the hurdles for his career.

Daniels left NWU with the school record in the 110 hurdles and the 4x100 relay.
