Lee Jameson (Weeping Water, Neb.) is the top kicker in Nebraska Wesleyan football history who still holds every school record for kickers.

Jameson, a NAIA honorable mention All-American as a junior and senior, made a school record 35 field goals, nine more than any player in school history.  His 14 field goals as a senior in 1989 still remains tied for highest single season total.  He converted nearly 94 percent on PAT attempts making 92-98 over four years setting school records for single season and career made PAT.

A two-time First-Team All-Conference selection at kicker, Jameson is the all-time scoring leader in program history at 197 points.  He made several game-winning field goals, with his most important kick coming in the programs only postseason victory.  In the first round of the 1989 NAIA II Playoffs, Jameson kicked a school record 56-yard field goal against Chadron State in the second overtime giving the Plainsmen a 46-43 victory.

Jameson was a dual sport athlete also competing in track & field as a high jumper and decathlete.  He earned All-America honors in the decathlon in 1992, placing 8th at the NCAA III Outdoor Championships.  He set the school record in the event and still ranks 4th on the all-time charts.
